At The Ellison Sisters — Sydney, we value quality and care in every order. Please review our Returns & Exchange Policy below before requesting a return.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

The 14-day return window begins on the date the shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of return approval.

2. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition

All tags, accessories, and original packaging intact

Free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Intimate apparel (including underwear and socks)

Perfumes once the original seal has been opened

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

Items returned outside the 14-day return period

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or modified without prior approval
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Clear photos showing the defect or error
Once confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer either a refund or a replacement.

5. Refund Methods
We offer two refund options once your return has been approved:
(1) Store Credit — Fastest Option (+15% Bonus)

Issued as an electronic gift card

Includes an additional 15% bonus value

Processed within 2–3 business days after return approval

Gift card valid for 12 months
(2) Refund to Original Payment Method

Processed within 7–10 business days after approval

Allow up to 10 business days after we receive the return for inspection

Banks or card providers may take up to 3 additional business days to post the refund

A confirmation email will be sent once completed
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will notify you and assist with alternative options.
Fastest option:
Return your item first → Place a new order for the desired item.
7. Return Shipping Fees

For non-defective items, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on returned items cannot be reimbursed.

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.
Returns without valid tracking information cannot be processed.
8. Return Processing Time

Return inspection and processing may take up to 10 business days after delivery.
